Returns & Exchanges Policy

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tent Accessories & Repair items that have been opened or used
  • Blankets & Beach Towels for hygiene reasons
  • Any products that show signs of use or have been assembled
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
